Terms & Conditions of Clinical Care
Welcome to Vahini Clinic. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or undergoing Ayurvedic consultation and therapies at our clinic, you agree to comply with the following terms and guidelines.
1. Medical Disclaimer

2. Appointment Booking & Rescheduling
- Punctuality: We request patients to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure a calm consultation environment.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly inform our desk at least 4 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
3. Therapy Guidelines & Patient Responsibility
- Medical History Transparency: Patients are required to provide complete and accurate medical history, including existing conditions, pregnancy status, allergies, or ongoing medications.
- Post-Therapy Care: For optimal results, patients should strictly adhere to the dietary guidelines (Pathya/Apathya) and post-therapy rest instructions advised by the doctor.
